Week 1 : Introduction to Swimming: Floating + Breathing + Freestyle
Week 2 : Freestyle
Week 3 : Freestyle
Week 4 : Freestyle + Backstroke
Week 5 : Backstroke
Week 6 : Breaststroke
Week 7 : Breaststroke
Week 8 : Evaluation (3 different stroke)
Week 9 : Padding + Dive
Week 10 : Swimming Training Programme
