The Winning #WAWA20 Pieces

From over 60 entries 3 were selected as the winner, first runner up and second runner up in AISS writing competition.

The pieces came from all over the country and they included inspiring essays, shocking numbers, personal experiences and wonderful fiction. All pieces surrounded this year’s theme ‘Pollution and the Environment’.

The winner of #WAWA20: AZ! (9)

AZ’s piece was the prime example of the originality the judges were looking for. He managed to write a complete science fiction within the word limit about aliens using our planet Earth as a dumping ground because the planet was already dirty. When something is clean; why making it dirty?

AZ is 9 years old and goes to Idrissi. Congratulations with the first prize, we wish you all the best and hope to see you soon!
