Message from the Head of Primary School
Aspiration International School (AIS) is known for its forward-thinking approach, preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century. As an International Baccalaureate (IB) school, we foster a dynamic, inquiry-driven learning environment that equips students to navigate an increasingly complex world.
In a world shaped by artificial intelligence, robotics, and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, students must be equipped with the skills to navigate uncertainty. Education must go beyond memorisation—students need to “learn how to learn”, think independently, and embrace lifelong learning.
Twenty-first-century learning means that students must master content while producing, synthesising, and evaluating information from a wide variety of subjects and sources with an understanding of and respect for diverse cultures. Students still must demonstrate the ‘three Rs’, but also the ‘three Cs’: creativity, communication, and collaboration.
They must demonstrate digital literacy as well as civic responsibility. They must be globally aware and prepared to play their part as global citizens. This requires a reorientation all the way from primary, secondary to university education. It means encouraging flexibility rather than specialisation. It requires training and retraining of teachers, as well as redesigning education systems and curricula.
As a passionate IB educator, I am excited to work with Aspiration’s teachers, students, and parents to ensure the school’s success on this new journey.
Mr Andrew Allen Frank Webber
Head of Primary School

Message from the IB PYP Coordinator
At Aspiration International Primary School, we believe that education is about far more than what happens inside a classroom. It is about inspiring curious minds, nurturing kind hearts and empowering young people to become confident, capable lifelong learners.
As we continue our journey as an IB PYP school, I am excited about the future we are building together. The PYP gives us an opportunity to look beyond simply what children learn and focus on who they are becoming — thinkers, communicators, risk-takers, caring and principled individuals who are ready to make a positive difference in an ever-changing world.
Our vision for learning is inclusive, holistic and purposeful. Every child brings their own strengths, experiences, culture, interests and dreams into our learning community. Our responsibility is to create a space where every learner feels seen, heard, respected and valued, while being given the confidence and support to discover their own potential.
I believe that meaningful learning happens when children are encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, make connections, take risks, learn from mistakes and reflect on their growth. It happens when academic learning is balanced with social, emotional, physical and creative development. And most importantly, it happens when children understand that learning does not end when the school day ends — learning is a lifelong journey.
At the heart of my leadership is the belief that we grow together. Teachers, learners, parents and leaders each bring something valuable to our community. Collaboration, trust, respect and open communication will continue to guide the way we work. We may not always have all the answers, but together we can ask better questions, find better solutions and create better opportunities for our children.
My commitment as PYP Coordinator is to help nurture a school culture where curiosity is celebrated, differences are embraced, wellbeing matters and every learner is encouraged to shine in their own way. I want our children to leave us not only with knowledge, but with the confidence to use that knowledge wisely, the courage to embrace challenges and the compassion to make a difference.
The future belongs to learners who can think deeply, adapt confidently, care genuinely and continue learning throughout their lives.
And that is the journey I hope we can take together; one where every child has a place, every voice matters, every teacher feels empowered and every learner is inspired to dream a little bigger.
I am truly excited for what lies ahead. Our story is still being written, and the most exciting chapters are yet to come.
Ms Pooja Eshwar
IB PYP Coordinator
Message from the Head of Secondary School
Aspiration International is a school born out of relevance. Increasingly aware of the inevitable change brought about by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we, at Aspiration International School, embrace the indisputable fact that technology-infused teaching methods are the way forward.
Our students are encouraged to take on various responsibilities, think outside the box, question practices that are not in line with their values, safeguard the environment, and come up with creative solutions to everyday problems while keeping abreast of the realities of life through contribution towards meaningful causes.
Motivated and guided by a team of highly qualified, passionate, and dedicated teachers, our students achieve outstanding academic success without compromising ethical, moral, and spiritual growth, receiving a truly holistic education that is of great value at fairly affordable rates.
The amicable and open nature of communication between the students, teachers, staff, and parents of Aspiration International School results in an extraordinary alliance, which makes us an effective team in ensuring our mission, ‘to inspire and to educate global citizens who will add worth at their stations’, is realised.
The warm and positive culture in Aspiration International School, with its conducive teaching and learning environment, is inspiring to students who walk through our doors, seeking the opportunity to realise their true potential and discover their passion through the rich and rewarding experiences our school constantly offers.
To all who are undertaking this amazing educational journey with us, welcome to Aspiration International School!
